1Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and expressions shall bear the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "9y999" means the online gaming platform operating at 9y999.app, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors.
• "Account" means a registered player account created on 9y999 in accordance with these Terms.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and/or bonus funds held in a player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, or other incentive amounts credited to a player's Account by 9y999 as part of a promotional offer, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who registers and/or uses the 9y999 platform.

• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by a Player in PKR via any supported payment method and held in the Player's Account.

2Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 9y999 Platform, creating an Account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision herein, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and close your Account.

These Terms apply to all Players regardless of the device, browser, or access method used. Accessing the 9y999 Platform through a mobile browser, desktop computer, or any other internet-enabled device constitutes acceptance of these Terms in full.

3Eligibility & Registration

To register an Account and use the 9y999 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Services:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 9y999 enforces a minimum age of 21 for all players without exception.
• You are registering as an individual and for your own personal recreational use only, not on behalf of any third party or commercial entity.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended, terminated, or closed by 9y999 for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of 9y999 or any of its affiliated entities, nor are you an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are acting in your own name and are the sole beneficial owner of the payment method(s) used to fund your Account.

9y999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any point during the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing withdrawals, or where suspicious activity is identified. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time period specified by 9y999 may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

9y999 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for that decision.

4Account Management

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the 9y999 Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited, regardless of the purpose (including but not limited to claiming multiple welcome bonuses). Where 9y999 identifies duplicate Accounts linked to the same individual, all duplicate Accounts will be closed immediately, and any balances held in those Accounts — including pending withdrawals — may be voided at 9y999's discretion.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes.
• Ensuring that all information provided to 9y999 during and after registration is accurate, current, and complete.
• All activity conducted under your Account credentials, whether or not you personally authorised that activity.
• Notifying 9y999 support immediately in writing if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

9y999 may suspend, restrict, or close any Account at any time where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Account is being used in breach of these Terms, in connection with fraudulent activity, or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

5Deposits & Payments

9y999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods:

All deposits must be funded from payment methods that are legally owned and operated by the registered Account holder. 9y999 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be refunded, and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.

9y999 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment service provider (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, your bank, or card issuer) may apply their own transaction charges, which are your sole responsibility.

6Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of Real Money Funds (i.e., funds not subject to outstanding wagering requirements) at any time subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified. Where verification documents have been requested but not yet provided, withdrawal processing will be held pending receipt and approval of satisfactory documentation.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. 9y999 will not transfer funds to a third-party account or to a payment method not previously used to fund your Account.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rs 1,000. Maximum single withdrawal amount: Rs 5,00,000 per transaction, subject to daily and weekly limits that 9y999 may update from time to time.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the payment method selected and internal review requirements.

9y999 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request, particularly those involving amounts above Rs 50,000. Such checks may extend processing times. Players are required to cooperate fully with any verification requests from 9y999 in connection with withdrawal processing.

7Bonuses & Promotions

9y999 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion only.

General bonus conditions applicable to all 9y999 promotions unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise:

• Bonus Funds may only be used on games and markets specified in the promotion's terms. Wagering on excluded games will not count towards wagering requirements.
• Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any Bonus Funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• 9y999 applies a standard maximum bet restriction of Rs 500 per spin or round when playing with an active bonus. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new Players who have not previously held a 9y999 Account. One welcome bonus per person, household, IP address, and payment method.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated time period. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from the Account automatically.
• 9y999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, including in cases where 9y999 reasonably suspects that a Player is abusing a promotion or exploiting an error in the promotion's configuration.

8Gaming Rules

All software-based casino games offered on 9y999 — including slots, virtual table games, video poker, and instant-win games — use independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology to determine outcomes. All live casino games are streamed from licensed studio facilities with real dealers and are subject to the rules of the respective game as displayed in the game interface.

By participating in any game on 9y999, you accept the applicable game rules as displayed within the game or on the relevant game information page. Game outcomes are final once confirmed by the 9y999 system. 9y999 will not reverse the outcome of any completed game round except in cases of a verified technical malfunction that materially affected the game's result.

In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or connectivity failure that causes a game to terminate before its natural conclusion, 9y999 will return the stake placed on the interrupted round to the player's Account. Any accumulated winnings within the interrupted round that had not been formally settled prior to the malfunction will not be payable.

All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed. Odds are subject to change prior to confirmation; if odds change between bet placement and confirmation, 9y999 will notify you and you may choose to accept or decline the revised odds.

Key sports betting rules applicable across all markets:

• Bets placed after an event has commenced are accepted only on live in-play markets explicitly offered by 9y999. 9y999 reserves the right to void any bet accepted in error after an event's relevant outcome was already determined.
• Minimum bet: Rs 100. Maximum bet limits vary by market and event and are displayed on each market's interface.
• In the event that a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, 9y999's standard settlement policy is to return stakes unless at least the minimum stated portion of the event has been completed for settlement purposes. 10Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 9y999 Platform. Engaging in any of the acts listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of balances:

• Opening more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during verification processes.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any genuine deposit made to your 9y999 Account.
• Using any form of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical vulnerabilities in any game or betting market.
• Collusion with other players to influence game or match outcomes.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through your 9y999 Account.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your Account, or using any other person's Account without their explicit authorisation.
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse, matched betting strategies, or arbitrage strategies that 9y999 determines are designed to extract value without genuine gambling participation.

11Responsible Gaming

9y999 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Platform enforces a minimum age of 21 years and provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your Account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds over defined time periods. Once a loss limit is reached, 9y999 will suspend betting activity for the remainder of the limit period.

12Intellectual Property

All content on the 9y999 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, layout, and databases — is the exclusive intellectual property of 9y999 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and database right laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit any portion of the Platform or its content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the Platform without 9y999's prior written consent.

13Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 9y999 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond 9y999's reasonable control.
• Actions taken by 9y999 in response to suspected fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing due to third-party payment processor issues.

9y999's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits 9y999's liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any other matter for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

14Termination

You may close your 9y999 Account at any time by contacting 9y999 support via live chat or email. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account (net of any outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to standard verification requirements.

9y999 may terminate or suspend your Account at any time and without prior notice if:

• You are found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
• 9y999 is required to do so by a competent regulatory authority or court order.
• 9y999 reasonably suspects that your Account is being used in connection with fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• You have self-excluded and subsequently attempted to open a new Account during the exclusion period.

Where 9y999 terminates your Account for cause, it reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Any balance found to be the proceeds of prohibited conduct may be forfeited.

15Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 9y999 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact 9y999 support in writing and allow 9y999 a period of not less than thirty (30) days to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. 9y999 will acknowledge all formal complaints within five (5) business days and endeavour to provide a full written response within twenty-one (21) business days.

16Amendments to These Terms

9y999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least fourteen (14) days prior to the amended Terms taking effect, except where changes are required immediately by law or regulatory direction.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account before the amended Terms take effect.
